Bought a ticket through their website. Credit card showed pending charge.

Received email message 4 days later saying ticket was not confirmed. I called the number they told me to call, and the rep on the line said that the price I had reserved the ticket for was no longer available, and they could offer me a special price which was nearly double the price I had originally reserved it for. I told him that was not right, and he said they said it was not their fault that the original price was no longer available. He also said they tried to call me two days later to inform me, but there was no answer.

If they did call, they left no message. There was no email communication until today.

In other words, they do everything they can to bait you, and then once you appear hooked, they switch prices on you trying to make you think they're saving you. Do not deal with them.

Reason of review: Pricing issue.

Monetary Loss: $350.

Preferred solution: Price reduction.
